Yujie Li

Yujie Li is receiving her Master of Architecture Professional Degree in 2020. She is interested in exploring, identifying, and broadening the potentials between architecture and other disciplines. SALINE DREAMS is one research-based design expressing the team’s thoughts on new ecology life as well as human life in hypersaline conditions. To unpack the Anthropocene landscape comprehensively, 'gridness' and painterly effects of brine are created, allowing both close reading and remote reading.

All the color swathes of brine are displayed though the highly organized and structured salt production process.
