Alex Stokes is a Principal, Financial Analysis and Transactions at HR&A Advisors, a New York-based consulting firm providing real estate and economic development advisory services for diverse redevelopment and planning projects around the United States. He has led complex development strategy and feasibility analyses on behalf of developers, universities and public sector clients for large-scale redevelopment projects in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Detroit, Raleigh, Atlanta and many other cities. He has also led implementation strategy for a range of open space, stormwater management and affordable housing initiatives. Alex’s work has led to the issuance of over $1 billion in project finance bonds and supported the creation of an award-winning master plan for Philadelphia’s Delaware River waterfront and MIT’s pending redevelopment of Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA.
