PennDesign Homecoming Events: Wendy Lesser Book Talk and Happy Hour

Join Wendy Lesser for a conversation about her latest book, You Say To Brick: The Life of Louis Kahn. Wendy Lesser, the founding and current editor of The Threepenny Review, is the author of eleven books, including one novel and ten works of nonfiction. Her most recent book, a biography of the architect Louis Kahn, came out from Farrar Straus & Giroux in March 2017. She has received awards and fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the American Academy in Berlin, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers, the Dedalus Foundation, and many other institutions. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences and the New York Institute for the Humanities. Her journalistic writing about literature, dance, film, and music has appeared in a number of periodicals in America and abroad.
