Winka Dubbeldam joined an international jury for the UIA award in X'ian, China last week. They judged over 300 proposals in one very long day. Winka gave a lecture afterwards at the University of X'ian for a packed audience on the Smart City. The dinner after was a moment to reflect with the jury, the UIA organization, and the Dean of X'ian University.
