Microsoft is reporting that there has been progress in the issue with web apps and that the ability to view and access web apps has improved. They are continuing to monitor the issue to see if the problems are completely resolved.

Faculty, Staff and Students,
ISC is aware of a Microsoft open incident with web apps; Microsoft is currently working to resolve this issue. At this time, users may be unable to view or access web apps.
This is a widespread problem and is not limited to Penn.
ISC is monitoring the ongoing status of this issue.
