In the midst of this busy finals period, please take note of this important announcement regarding PennO365 email accounts:
Students graduating in May (Spring 2019)
PennO365 account is extended until September 30, 2019.
Please take the additional time over the summer to export any email/contact records and update the logins for your personal and professional accounts. Email sent to PennKey@design.upenn.edu and PennKey@upenn.edu after that date will bounce back to the sender as undeliverable.
Students graduating in December (Fall 2019)
PennO365 account is extended through April 30, 2020.
Students graduating in/after May 2020
All PennO365 accounts will be deleted 60 days after graduation. Accounts pending deletion will receive an automated message exactly 30 days beforehand; Design ITS will continue to send an End of Semester reminder to all students with details ahead of time.
