Self-Service Password Reset

Weitzman School IT Services is pleased to announce the introduction of a Self Service Password Reset for the Weitzman School Community.

The new self-service password reset system is hosted by Penn ISC. Below you can find instructions on resetting your Design password, your PennKey password, and your O365 email password:

Design Password

  1. Go to https://kite.password.isc.upenn.edu/​
  2. Click on the "Design" button
  3. Enter your PennKey username and password, then Click on Next
  4. Enter your new Design password, adhering to the password requirements (12 characters, upper/lower case, 1 number, 1 symbol)
