Dorothy graduated with an MLA degree from University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Studio Art from the University of Richmond. After her time at Penn, she worked as a landscape designer at Andropogon Associates, contributing to ecologically-driven projects. She is currently a Senior Designer at PORT, focusing on the design of large-scale parks and resiliency planning efforts.
Dorothy has been teaching at the Weitzman School of Design since 2021. She has worked with first-year students in their design studios, hand-drawn and digital media classes, and Workshop II, where she focuses on technical grading and planting design. She enjoys working with students across a wide range of academic backgrounds during their first year in the Landscape Architecture program.
