Kaitlin Howard is an administrative assistant in Undergraduate Fine Arts and Design. A native Philadelphian, Kaitlin brings a wealth of experience as a multi-disciplinary artist, specializing in writing and directing, with a degree in Theater Arts from Temple University.
Before joining Penn, Kaitlin served as an educator in the Philadelphia School District, fostering growth and talent within the community. With a passion for creating inclusive environments, Kaitlin is dedicated to supporting students, faculty, and staff alike.
Outside of work, Kaitlin finds inspiration in Philadelphia's cultural scene and is committed to using storytelling to drive positive change. Excited to contribute to the department's success, Kaitlin looks forward to collaborating with the Penn community to nurture creativity and excellence.
