The Philadelphia Eagles (@philadelphiaeagles) are heading to the Super Bowl…AGAIN! The city was electric this weekend leading up to the big game. The Eagles became Super Bowl Champs for the first time back in 2018 and the team (and fans!) are hungry for a second win!
From the skyline to the streets, the city was covered in green. On Saturday Night, the Eagles hosted a drone show right in front of the Philadelphia Art Museum. On Sunday, the Eagles defeated the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 31 to 7 and the fans took to the streets immediately after for a celebration on Broad Street!
The Eagles will play the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl on February 12th with a Half Time show starring Rihanna. Super Bowl 57 will be the first between two black starting quarterbacks and the first time two brothers will compete against each other. Andy Reid, head coach of the Chiefs, is no stranger to the Philadelphia Eagles as he was their head coach from 1999 to 2012. It sure is going to be quite the game!
