Two Weitzman MArch students were among thirty winners chosen by the Metropolis magazine team as the top architecture graduate students in the United States and Canada in their "Future 100" showcase.
Each year, Metropolis sets out to designate the top graduating architecture and interior design students in the United States and Canada through its Future100 program, this year sponsored by Daltile, Formica, Keilhauer, and Sherwin-Williams. Congratulations to this year's winners, Kirah Cahill (MArch'24) and Daniel Lutze (MArch'24), on taking the honors. Both students were nominated by associate professor of architecture and director of MArch program at Weitzman Andrew Saunders.
Comments from Metropolis on our students' work:
"Kirah’s work explores relationships—between the natural world and built environment, between materials, between technology and our cities—with imaginative and provocative proposals that demonstrate fresh methodologies and attention to detail."
"Daniel’s work—from his high-density housing project Mercury to his interactive pavilion design for Nostalgia—demonstrates his passion for how physical, mental, and emotional experiences overlap in our surroundings"
