We are proud to announce that the Weitzman School has partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive.
As many schools, businesses and community centers are closed during the pandemic, the number of blood drives has decreased drastically and there is an urgent need for blood. If you’re able to donate, please consider registering for an appointment:

You are likely still eligible to donate blood if you have tested positive for COVID-19, as long as it has been more than 14 days. However, those who have had COVD-19 or have other questions about whether they can donate should call the Red Cross Eligibility Hotline to confirm (1-866-236-3276) before registering to donate.
BLOOD DRIVES ARE ESSENTIAL
Per Governor Wolf, blood drives are an essential activity and are permitted to operate as part of the COVID-19 public health guidelines.
