This exhibition explores the remarkable career of Harriet Pattison, MLA ’67, a landscape architect whose work ranges from significant collaborations with architect Louis Kahn, most notably at the Kimbell Art Museum and the recently completed Franklin Delano Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park, to her independent designs for private gardens and public landscapes. Presenting over 90 works, including design sketches, models, vivid new photography, as well as selected videos from a just-released documentary history focused on Pattison produced by The Cultural Landscape Foundation as part of their Pioneers of American Landscape Design Oral History Project.
