About

PennDesign Architecture students will unveil their Masonry Tectonics Build exhibition, as past of Franca Trubiano's masonry workshops. Students constructed vaults and composite structural cantilevers in collaboration with Philadelphia area masonry tile and brick apprentices, and guided by Russel Gentry and Jonathan Dessi Olive of Georgia Tech. The seminar was supported by Lecturer in Historic Preservation and Director of Philadelphia's International Masonry Institute Roy Ingraffia, Boston Valley Terra Cotta, and the Brick Layers and Allied Craftworkers.
