Who makes the big decisions about Philadelphia's future? Who has the agency, economic clout and political capital to forge real change in the built environment and for those who live within? This panel discussion features Professor Carolyn Adams, who will discuss her new book, From the Outside In: Suburban Elites, Third-Sector Organizations, and the Reshaping of Philadelphia. The panel will be moderated by PennDesign Professor John Landis and includes distinguished speakers Paul Levy, President and CEO of the Center City District; and Barbara Kaplan, former ED of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission.
