In a recent Houston Chronicle opinion editorial, Billy Fleming (PhD'17) and Katie Randall (MSHP'19, MCP'19) argue that climate change is an immediate threat to U.S. national security. Fleming is Research Director of the Ian McHarg Center and Randall is a research assistant in the McHarg Center and a graduate student in city planning and historic preservation at PennDesign.
