Conversations in Cultural Landscape Preservation: Cultural Landscape Practice and the National Park Service

In the third and final Conversation in Cultural Landscape Preservation, Meg Frisbie and Molly Lester of the Urban Heritage Project will talk with Jennifer Hanna and Julie McGilvray of the National Park Service about cultural landscape practice within NPS: how has it shifted over time? How does (and how should) cultural landscape thinking inform NPS work and preservation practices across multiple silos and scales? How is it deployed in different parks and regions? Finally, the panelists will critically examine how partnerships between NPS and external practitioners can advance the practice of cultural landscape preservation.
