Join University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Master of Business Administration alum, Beatrice Sibblies, for the 2025 Moelis Lecture.
Beatrice Sibblies is Managing Partner of BOS Development, a Harlem-based real estate development, management, and brokerage firm dedicated to building projects that strengthen community, preserve culture, and expand economic opportunity.
Her latest venture, Village Spice, is a global hospitality, cultural tourism, and food innovation platform celebrating the African diaspora. Launching in Atlanta and Jamaica as its first two anchor sites, Village Spice integrates agrihood living, culinary tourism, and a chef-driven global brand—creating a new model for place-based economic and cultural regeneration.
Beatrice’s earlier projects include 88 Morningside, an award-winning 80,000-square-foot residential co-op and community facility that set a new design standard in Harlem, and the upcoming Hilton Motto in East Harlem.
A proud alumna of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (MBA) and Yale University (BA in Economics and Political Science), she serves on the boards of Harlem Park to Park, the Urban Design Forum, and New Majority NYC, and is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate.
