Mel Brown is a transdisciplinary artist who disrupts temporality through performances of self-redacted historical narrative. Brown’s scope of work employs site specific research, lens-based media, and modern-day relic making. Brown received a B.A. in Integrative Art from Pennsylvania State University in 2012 and is currently a dual degree master’s candidate at Weitzman School of Design and the School of Social Policy & Practice.
