The Fine Arts Department is pleased to present RAIR: On Applying for a Residency at the Dump. RAIR Co-directors Lucia Thomé and Billy Dufala will explore what it's like to create a residency program at a construction and demolition recycling center, how past artists in residence have been able to use the site and materials ,and how to apply for the program.
