Classroom reservations for academic events in Meyerson Hall, Addams Hall, and Morgan Building should be arranged through a representative in your primary academic department.

All requests for weekday classroom use should be made at least 48 hours (or 2 business days) prior to the start of your requested time, and all weekend requests should be made at least one (1) week prior to the start of your requested time. Please include any time needed for setup or teardown for your event in your request.
Requests for use of classrooms in University buildings not included above should be directed to the Division of the Vice Provost for University Life (VPUL) by using the following request form: http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/perelmanquad/reserve2.php.
