Our new website has finally rolled out and the web freeze is over! Now we can catch you up to all that’s been happening for the past few weeks...
Philadelphia is revamping roads and subways. The Chestnut Street bridge is closing for a year. Since it is one of the main east-bound bridges to cross the Schuylkill River, it will be quite the nuisance. Also starting tonight, the annual Trolley Tunnel Blitz, with around the clock maintenance in the trolley tunnels and stations, and will last for about 10 days.
Here in Meyerson Hall, Architecture’s summer Digiblast started on Monday as did Landscape Architecture’s Summer Institute. It’s great to have students back in the building! Our office is also going through a major renovation. If you are looking for the Admissions or Financial Aid Office in 110 Meyerson, we’ll be here but you may need to wade through construction workers. The Finance Office (payroll) and Registrar will be relocated temporarily. They’ll put us all back together by August 22, just in time for New Student Orientation!
