PennDesign fine arts lecturer Deirdre Murphy has teamed with her husband Scott White (who works in the undergraduate fine arts department at Penn) to create a public art installation in California. The collaboration will convert Murphy's 2D paintings into 3 dimensional sculptures. This ambitious project which incorporates fine art, science and bird migration titled “Warbler Migration Sculpture” is set to be completed in April 2017. To read more about the project click here.
