Fall 2023 Final Reviews - IT Recommendations and Extended Hours

Dear Students, 

As we head into the final stretch of the Fall semester and prepare for final reviews, Weitzman IT would like to remind you of the following resources and recommendations.  Plan early to make sure you have any reserved equipment and printed material available in time for your presentations! Do not wait until the last minute. 

 

Printing and Plotting 

  • For detailed information about printer access including pricing, location and access please visit our Printing & Scanning page.
  • If you have never plotted before YOU NEED TO TAKE THE MANDATORY PLOTTING QUIZ in advance and be approved for access. 
  • Several studios have designated printing liaisons who are available to help address supplies after hours.

 

Cloud Storage Resources

Make sure you are using these resources in case you have issues with your personal device!  Your data will be accessible in case of a hardware issue! 

  • Penn+Box: Cloud Based collaboration service available to all full-time faculty, staff and students. 
  • Microsoft O365 One Drive: Cloud based collaboration service available with O365 accounts. 

 

AV Resources and Reservations

 

Extended IT support 

Weitzman IT staff have adjusted their schedules to provide additional support during the finals review period. 

IT Staff is available for extended hours during finals:

  • Sunday 12/10, 12PM-3PM
  • Monday 12/11 - Thursday 12/14, 7AM-7PM
  • Friday 12/15, 7AM-5PM
  • Saturday 12/16, 12PM-4PM
  • Sunday 12/17, 12PM-3PM
  • Monday 12/18, 7AM-7PM
  • Tuesday 12/19, 7AM-7PM
  • Wednesday 12/20, 7AM-5PM
