Meyerson Hall Gallery Spaces: Spaces are booked through Weitzman Operations and Planning (wsd-operations[at]design.upenn.edu). Gallery spaces have no installed AV, equipment and/or AV set-up available upon request.

• Plaza Gallery: Large-sized gallery space adjacent to Meyerson Hall main entrance.
• Upper Gallery: Medium-sized gallery space on Meyerson Hall first floor.
• Dean's Alley: Medium-sized gallery space on Meyerson Hall first floor.

Meyerson Hall basement classrooms: Managed by Classroom Technology Services, scheduling via the Registrar (OURscheduling[at]registrar.upenn.edu) or the Pennant Scheduling Portal.

• B1: 406-seat auditorium with ceiling-mounted projector, podium PC, Blu-ray player, presenter/audience webcams, and room microphones.
• B2: 32-seat classroom with ceiling-mounted projector, podium PC, Blu-ray player, presenter/audience webcams, second display in rear of room, and room microphones.

2nd floor studios: Ceiling mounted projectors (six in 2 east, six in 2 west) with full video/audio ports in floor or wall ports:

• Webcam and microphone available to checkout via Help Desk checkout system.

2 North Conference Room: 65-inch 4K display with computer, webcam, and conference speaker/microphone. Scheduling via Weitzman Operations and Planning (wsd-operations[at]design.upenn.edu)

3rd floor studios: Ceiling mounted projectors (three in 3 east, three in 3 west) with full video/audio ports in floor or wall ports:

• Wireless Solstice pod for connecting user device.
