All requests for equipment reservations must be submitted through ithelp@design.upenn.edu. Please email with the needed equipment, where you plan to use it, and the duration of usage. We will arrange pick-up and drop-off times with you via email.
The equipment listed below will be available for checkout. This equipment may only be used in Weitzman buildings. Rolling carts may only be used in the building they are in. The Lower Gallery is not accessible to presentation carts, so portable projectors must be used instead. If you require specific adapters and accessories such as a USB-C adapter, HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, Webcam, speaker/mic, or headset, we may be able to accommodate.
There is a designated return bin outside the Help Desk (325 Meyerson) for equipment in hard cases that may be returned after office hours. If you have a cart in use after the office has closed, leave it outside of the Help Desk door and the next staff member onsite will return the equipment.
IT Staff will do our best to accommodate checkout equipment needs for your presentations and reviews. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Loaner Laptops
Weitzman IT Services has a very limited pool of loaner laptops that are available on a case-by-case basis to students who require a temporary laptop loan for extenuating circumstances (such as: your personal device is in the process of being repaired, and it is not feasible to complete your coursework using the Weitzman computer labs on campus).
Each student's case is reviewed individually and it can take 24-48 hours to determine whether an appropriate laptop is available to be loaned. Email ithelp@design.upenn.edu with any inquiries.
Lectures / Events Equipment
Weitzman ITS has dedicated projectors, webcams, and USB microphones for use with Weitzman School-hosted events and lectures. All equipment for lectures and events are available upon request with regular planning:
