ISC is aware of a service issue with the Proofpoint Targeted Attack Protection URL Defense service. Clients may experience rewritten URLs timing out or failing to redirect and may experience malicious URLs being improperly redirected.
Proofpoint is continuing to investigate and are working towards a resolution, with a fix currently rolling out. ISC is monitoring their progress.
Please be extra cautious with attachments in email coming from unfamiliar sources.
