As of 5:15pm, all subnets associated with AirPennNet, AirPennNet-Device, and AirPennNet-Guest have been migrated back to legacy DHCP servers. These wireless networks should now be stable while ISC continues to work with the vendor on root cause and long-term fix.

Subject: Update ***Campus Wireless issues***
Good afternoon,
ISC staff received several reports of wireless outages on campus. Our wireless sensors also picked up on these problems. We investigated and discovered some devices were having trouble obtaining DHCP leases. We mitigated at least part of the impacted areas, and are continuing to isolate and correct the root cause. We will implement further mitigations if warranted. We will send another update at 1pm.

ISC has received reports of wireless outages in a few campus locations. They are currently investigating and will provide an update by noon. Several users have reported issues in Weitzman Locations.
