Penn’s enterprise license permits up to 300 participants per meeting, for an unlimited number of meetings. If you need to invite more than 300 participants, contact ithelp@design.upenn.edu.
Webinars are considered “add-on” accounts under the enterprise license and incur a charge-back fee. As a Weitzman Zoom user, you can request an add-on license for webinars, given a 26-digit budget code and a one-year commitment. Contact ithelp@design.upenn.edu for assistance.
