Right around this time of year, we embrace—and celebrate—the spirit of generosity. Through a generous gift from Scott Kleinman C'94, W'94 and his wife Wendy, we established the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy in PennDesign this fall.
Gifts like these advance PennDesign's commitment to policy innovation by convening leaders and advancing strategic thinking and innovative research to making lasting impact on energy policy and climate change. It is time, as our President has said, to overcome old divides and look squarely at the science. It is time to move conversations on energy where they will be heard and acted upon.
This holiday season, we are tremendously grateful for the support of our alumni, our faculty, our staff, and our community of students who secure the School's position of leadership. Every gift makes a lasting impact as we educate new leaders in art and design, from funding scholarships for our students to advancing new research defining the future.
