Veronica C. Rosado Perez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She grew up in the west coast of the island and later moved to San Juan to do undergraduate studies in Environmental Design and Audiovisual Communications. During her years in college, she worked on several design projects with student led organizations, small companies and startups ranging from graphic design, architecture to videography and research. These experiences led her to become interested in an interdisciplinary approach to design that under its umbrella covers areas like urban design & planning, human centered design, film, and other multimedia tools.
She is currently doing a dual degree in Architecture and City Planning from the Stuart Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. Her planning concentration is Smart Cities and her main interests hover around the relationship between technology, humans, ecology and design.
