Catherine Dillingham has spent her career turning a commitment to social justice into tangible change for the communities she lives in, works in, and otherwise serves. With a background in program and organizational development, she thrives in collaborative environments, fostering innovation and cultivating impactful relationships.
As Associate Director of the Public Service and Policy Initiative (PSPI) at the University of Pennsylvania's Weitzman School of Design, Catherine leads the day-to-day operations of the initiative and its programs, working to advance economic mobility in Philadelphia. Prior to her current role, she served as Assistant Director of Development for Penn's Development and Alumni Relations team. She has also held roles with the Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey, Princeton Alumni Corps, and the Women's Law Project of Philadelphia. Catherine earned a bachelor's in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a master's in Nonprofit Leadership from Penn's School of Social Policy & Practice.
