Achievements here at Weitzman include her dedication to assisting students, staff, and faculty reflected in her being the recipient of the “2019 Stuart Weitzman Staff Award for Outstanding Service to Students”. Here is a bit of what the Weitzman community shared on their work with Kaitlin;
"Kaitlin is often the first contact person students interact with when they run into trouble with their technology. She is always professional, patient, and willing to help.
"Kaitlin’s commitment to our students is always on display as she often drops what she is doing to help a student navigate their technology challenges. Kaitlin exemplifies going above and beyond the call of service. She has been known to assist students dealing with a wide variety of issues often not pertaining to IT. This was never more on display than when she completed the ICare training offered through CAPS."
Student nominations included these quotes:
“You may not always notice she is there, but you definitely notice when she is not there!”
“Her calm, warm energy is always welcome in times of panic and pressure! She is the unsung hero of the 3rd floor! A true example of how not all heroes wear capes!!!”
