Lori Kanter Tritsch is an architectural designer and the founder of Graph Design LTD, a design firm based in New York City that specializes in residential and commercial architecture and interiors. Ms. Kanter Tritsch is an alumna of Penn’s Master of Architecture program, and an animated champion of PennPraxis. Lori has had a major impact on PennPraxis through the creation of the Design to Thrive studio design and building skills program for youth. The program has provided free design education to 341 disadvantaged young people in Philadelphia and New York in its first 3 years. Lori initiated the idea of a PennPraxis youth program, connected us with the Fresh Air Fund, and with her partner, has coached the evolution of the program and provided an endowment to sustain it. She has also been involved in many aspects of the Weitzman School as an active member of the school’s Board of Advisors, where she chaired a successful campaign, established design award programs that have shifted the profile of the school, and helped shape the growth of the Weitzman School.
