Zhongjie Lin, Associate Professor of Practice of City and Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design, co-curated the exhibit "Building Modern China" with Professor Ming Tong of Southeast University. The exhibit is on display from May 27 through January 15, 2024 at the Penn Wharton China Center in Beijing, China. [Editor's note: The exhibition was extended beyond the original closing date of September 15, 2023.]
The exhibition opening ceremony is on Saturday, May 27 at 17:30 Beijing time. Speakers include Zhongjie Lin, Ming Tong, Frederick Steiner, Dean of the Weitzman School; Amy Gadsden, Vice Provost of the University of Pennsylvania; and more. About the Penn Wharton China Center:
The Penn Wharton China Center was jointly established by the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business in March 2015 to further strengthen the academic and cultural exchanges between Penn and China.
