Zhongjie Lin, Associate Professor of Practice of City and Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design, is co-hosting a roundtable discussion titled "Technological Disruption and Urban Regeneration" at the Penn Wharton China Center in Beijing on Sunday, May 28 with Xiaolu Gao, Professor of School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. The roundtable will examine emerging technologies such as autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, spatial perception, and more. Scholars will discuss the opportunities and challenges these technologies bring to urban renewal.
Participants include Hao Li, General Manager of Beijing Science and Technology Co; Mengke Chen, General Manager at Tencent Smart Transportation Rail Transit Business; Dayu Zhang, President of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture; and many more.
