From January 14 - June 11, 2016, the University of Pennsylvania School of Design presents more than 40 lectures, panels and symposia exploring the transformative power of art and design. Speakers include Janine Antoni, Craig Dykers, Phil Gilbert, Walter Hood, Rashaad Newsome, Prof. Dr. Werner Sobek, Peter Walker, Dr. Ken Yeang and Liam Young.
Programs are organized by PennDesign’s graduate programs in Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Fine Arts, Historic Preservation, Integrated Product Design, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Spatial Analytics, and bythe Kleinman Center for Energy Policy, the Penn Institute for Urban Research and PennPraxis. Continuing education credits are available for select lectures.
Except where noted, admission is free and open to the public, and events take place on the Penn campus at Meyerson Hall, 210 South 34th Street, Philadelphia.
