Resolved: Weitzman Adobe Subscriptions Ordering Issue

While Penn Business Services continues to work with Adobe and Kivuto on the backend to resolve issues on providing subscriptions to end users, we were able to find a solution to manually provide access to those who had already purchased a subscription that was still pending fulfillment.  Those users should receive notification (if they haven’t been already notified) shortly.

Users can continue to place orders for Adobe subscriptions via Campus Express and Penn Services will manually apply your subscription license. If you have any questions during your ordering process, please don’t hesitate to email ithelp@design.upenn.edu.

Penn Business Services is aware of an issue for processing Weitzman Adobe subscriptions via Campus Express.  They are working with Adobe and Kivuto (the software licensing portal) to resolve the issue.  For those that have completed their orders, we are looking to have your subscription order information to you soon.  If you require the use of Adobe for now, a 7-day trial is available.  All of our public labs also have Adobe installed which can be used with a free Adobe ID.  Any questions can be sent to ithelp@design.upenn.edu.
