Seeing the Connections Between Health and the Built Environment

For their final project in the New approaches to an architecture of health seminar course, Master of Architecture student Ellie Garside, recent Master of Environmental Building Design (EBD) graduate Madonna Miranda, and Vashvi Shah, an economics senior submatriculating in the Integrated Product Design (IPD) program, created a design for a new cancer treatment center that envisioned the facility as a comforting embrace.
