Dear Students, Staff, and Faculty,
Sending a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline to submit any refund requests for Weitzman printing for the Spring 2024 Semester.
I will copy the original message with instructions on how to request a refund below this message.
Printing in Meyerson Hall and Weitzman will be limited for the rest of the school year as we have reserved plotters for the collaborative printing efforts coordinated by the Communications department for the Year End Show.
This week you will have access to the following plotters.

MEYS-PW4000-B 40 Inch Heavyweight Coated
MEYS-Z6810-A 42 Inch Heavyweight Coated
MEYS-T3500 36 Inch Matte Film
Addams Hall Basement
ADDM-SATIN 42 Inch Photo Satin
ADDM-MATTE 42 Inch Super Heavyweight Coated
After May 18th all plotters will be taken offline as we move forward with a mandatory print migration project. IT Services will be in touch when we know more on the progress of our print migration.

Dear Students,
As the end of the school year approaches it is important to keep in mind the last day print refund requests may be submitted.
All refund requests must be submitted by 5:00PM by Tuesday May 14th. Refund requests submitted after this date will not be processed.
To request a refund, you will need to view your print statement and copy and paste the job needing the refund in an email to ithelp@design.upenn.edu.
To view your statement, you must be working from a Weitzman School computer, connected to Ethernet in a Weitzman School Building, or connected to FortiClient VPN to access the page.
Login to Equitrac using your Design credentials. You may need to click advanced and proceed to the page. Here you will be able to review your 30 day statement.
Click the Reports tab, then click View selected report.
After you login to Equitrac, your balance will be displayed.
If you cannot find the job listed, you have not been charged.
If you need help, or need to review a copy of a print report that is greater than the last 30 days, let us know in your request and we will send you a report for the dates you ask for.
