Printing Charges & Printing Credit

Printing charges accumulate under your account and the total charges over $50.00 will be sent to your Student Bill.
Students receive an initial credit at the start of the semester to help offset printing issues and errors that may occur throughout the semester. Each student receives a $50.00 printing credit in the Fall, and $50.00 in the Spring. Printing credit does not carry over.
Weitzman ITS will submit your printing bill for the Fall, Spring, or Summer Semesters.
Students will be messaged through the designs-lists@design.upenn.edu email address to notify when Weitzman Print Billing will take place.

Billing Codes (Shared Accounts/PaperCut)

Printing that will be paid for and assigned a budget code by a department
A special project
By faculty/department coordinator request
To have a billing code created, send an email to ithelp@design.upenn.edu, include the PennKey usernames of all people who should have access to the shared account.
IT will follow up to your group with instructions on accessing the shared account when printing.
