Herman Hassinger Collection (382), Architect, 1929-2012

Herman Hassinger was a Philadelphia based architect, active between the 1950s and the early 2000s, most notably as a designer of churches throughout the region. In addition to his work on churches, Hassinger was involved with many projects on Block Island in Rhode Island.

This collection contains records related to Hassinger's professional work and practice (1950-2005). It includes architectural drawings, student work, project files, writings, photographic materials (projects, travel, and lectures), as well as scrapbooks documenting his professional portfolio.
