Beryl Price Collection (051), Architect, 1910-1978

Beryl Price worked for architects Simon & Simon and Philip H. Johnson before being awarded a teaching certificate by the University of Pennsylvania's School of Education and the City of Philadelphia to teach vocational architecture in high school. In 1938, Beryl opened his own architectural office in Philadelphia and during World War II, Price served on the War Production Board's Construction Division as a Senior Engineer.

The collection comprises 111 architectural drawings documenting 17 projects, 1946-1974. All projects represented in the collection are located in Pennsylvania, mostly in the Philadelphia region. The collection does not include project files or photographic materials.
