Update on IT Resources

 

Dear students, faculty and staff,

As we continue to bring IT services and computer labs back to normal I would like to update you with the following information:

 

Printing and Plotting Services

All public printers and plotters are available for use unless otherwise marked for general maintenance or repair.  There is a location change for 2 plotters in Meyerson.  Details of printer and plotter locations can be found here.

 

Computer Labs

  • Meyerson 321 PC Lab – (OPEN)
  • Addams 001 Mac Lab – (Currently Closed for Maintenance, check website for reopening update)
  • Addams 012 Mac Lab - (Currently Closed for Maintenance, check website for reopening update)
  • Addams 020 Mac Lab – (OPEN)
  • Addams 106 PC Lab – (OPEN)
  • Addams 206/207 Digital Video Lab – (OPEN)
  • Morgan Mac Lab – (Currently Closed for Maintenance, check website for reopening update)

NOTE: computer labs may be closed for short periods of time for routine software and AV upgrades. Lab status will be indicated on webpage and entrance to labs.

 

Meyerson Hall Equipment checkout

Equipment is available for checkout. 

 

Help Desk

Need help? Email us at ithelp@design.upenn.edu. We monitor these support requests from 8am – 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Walk in hours, Meyerson Hall: 10am – 4pm (Summer hours)  

If you anticipate any specific needs or would like to make an appointment to meet with our staff, please reach out prior to guarantee service.

Weitzman ITS HelpDesk and Student Support Desk will be re-opening for onsite support Monday through Friday 10-4. Please understand there may be gaps in schedules as we transition to in-person work for Fall 2021 semester.
