The Silverstein Digital Projects Lab is an advanced studio for students working in upper level photography courses and related media. Access is limited to students who are currently enrolled in an advanced fine arts course and who have successfully completed technical demonstrations focused on the proper usage of equipment located in the center to ensure the highest quality of production.
The lab features eleven color-managed digital imaging workstations, professional high-resolution scanning and digital capture systems—including standard- and large-format flatbed scanners, a virtual drum film scanner, and a digital capture station—as well as medium- and large-format Epson inkjet printers with a wide selection of fine art papers and specialty media. GTI color viewing booths and calibrated lighting provide a consistent environment for color evaluation throughout the digital imaging and printing workflow.
Please visit this page for a detailed list of equipment and software.
