Richard Ashbridge Yarnall Collection (111), Architect, 1922-2013

Richard Yarnall worked for Philadelphia firms Carroll, Grisdale & Van Alen (1949-1954), and then Wright, Andrade & Amenta (1954-1957). In 1957, he opened his own architectural office in Philadelphia, which later moved to Doylestown in 1972. Yarnall's practice included a large number of residential projects, together with a smaller number of commercial and institutional projects.

The collection comprises architectural drawings and photoprints documenting 176 projects spanning the years 1956-2000. The collection contains no substantial office or project files; minor office records are found for a few projects.
