Kenneth Mackenzie Day (232), Architect, 1901-1958
Housing expert Kenneth M. Day was the son of one of Philadelphia's most prestigious architects, Frank Miles Day. Day received his B.S in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, afterwards working in a number of firms in London, New York and Philadelphia before starting his own private practice in 1932. From 1947 to 1948 he was an associate professor in Yale University's School of Architecture, and served as a guest lecturer at Cornell University.
This collection contains architectural drawings for the Miquon houses in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
